The Re-Gathering
Come as you are. Leave more resourced.
Return to yourself—gently, and in good company.
The Re-Gathering
is a monthly community space that supports resilience via somatic nervous system care.
In the busyness and complexity of life, it’s easy to lose touch with ourselves.
The Re-gathering is a low-cost, monthly online space to nourish your nervous system, reconnect with your body, and gently build the capacity to meet life with more steadiness and presence." For in the dew of little things the heart finds its morning and is refreshed."
(Kahlil Gibran)
A Space to Land, Again and Again
Nervous system regulation is foundational to our well-being—but it doesn’t require big leaps. Consistent, small moments of safety, connection, and presence can create meaningful change over time. This space was created for those who:
- Are curious about somatic and trauma-informed practices
- Feel the need for nervous system care but are short on time or financial resources
- Want support while considering future deeper work (like Inner Compass or Nervous System Navigator)
- Long for a sense of community rooted in practice, authenticity and slow gentle steps
- Are navigating burnout, stress, anxiety, reactivity, or numbness and are looking for a somatic space that complements therapeutic support
Re-gathering
The name holds many layers.
Re-gathering means returning to yourself—coming home to your body, your breath, your inner ground.
It’s also about gathering with others, in a space of shared humanity and nervous system nourishment.
And it speaks to gathering the tools, resources, and inner capacity that support regulation, resilience, and connection.
In a world that often scatters our attention and energy, this is a space to gently collect what matters and remember what it feels like to be whole.
“We don’t heal in isolation, but in community.”
(S. Kelly Harrell)
What to expect
Each month, we gather for 75 minutes. Our sessions include:

- Reflection, sharing and connection time
- A nervous system-friendly rhythm—no rush, no pressure
You don’t need to have previous experience of nervous system work, somatic practices etc. You don’t need to show up “a certain way.” Just bring yourself.

This isn't therapy...
but it is therapeutic. The Re-gathering is not a substitute for deeper, personalized work. But it can be a powerful way to stay resourced, grow in self-awareness, and begin (or continue) a relationship with your nervous system.
Whether you’re in between things, starting out, or simply need something simple and sustaining—you’re welcome here.
A Community of Practice
Our nervous systems are built for connection. From our earliest days, co-regulation—feeling safe and seen in the presence of another—shapes how we learn to manage stress, relate to others, and feel at home in ourselves. A community space like The Re-Gathering offers more than just shared practice; it offers a field of belonging. When we engage in nervous system care alongside others, we tap into the regulating power of group presence, shared rhythm, and collective intention. This kind of support helps deepen our capacity for self-regulation and makes it easier to return to our practices, not from pressure or perfectionism, but from connection and care.
Co-regulation
Experiencing safety with others can help regulate your nervous system.
Being human together
Hearing others’ sharing reduces isolation and shame by normalizing your own experience.
Learning from each other
Practicing together and sharing our experiences enriches our own understanding. Others may name or notice things you hadn’t yet seen in yourself.
Resilience
Practicing presence and care in a group strengthens your capacity to stay grounded in real-life relationships.
Belonging
Our nervous systems are wired for belonging. Feeling part of something larger can meet our deepest longing and bring meaning and motivation.
“The body always leads us home… if we can simply learn to trust sensation and stay with it long enough for it to reveal what it knows.”
(Pat Ogden)
